My classes are a fusion of movement, breathwork and effortless rest. An opportunity to connect with mind, body and soul through our evolving practice.
I trained with the British Wheel of Yoga for 3 years and have not stopped learning since, accumulating 100s of hours of CPD and additional training in yoga philosophy, anatomy, breathwork, acupressure and more!
My classes are fully inclusive, down to earth, friendly and supportive – everyone is welcome
