Meet Up is located within the heart of The Redcastle Furze estate and is part of The Benjamin Foundation, a Norfolk/Suffolk charity that was established in 1994. It is a grass roots youth and community centre offering young people, parents and carers a safe space to attend activities and receive support, strengthening family relationships and helping young people to improve their behaviour. It offers a wide range of activities to the community which include; 3 weekly youth sessions for ages 8 to 16, a parent & toddler group ages 0 to 5, a parents & carers wellbeing group ages 18+ and a senior citizen wellbeing group ages 60+ to combat social isolation and loneliness and a counselling service 18+ for Meet Up members who are struggling with their mental health.
