Digital Support Service at Thetford Library
Led by Digital Champion, Paul Horwood, who wants to tackle digital exclusion faced by many people. The key aims of the service are to help with the following: getting online, Email support, accessing online health information and using the GP online services which includes repeat prescriptions, safe online shopping, looking for work online, connecting online with friends and family, and exploring social media. Paul can also help with using streaming services, applying for visa, contacting energy suppliers and solicitors, and also selling online such as Ebay.
There are also one-to-one workshops, where Paul can assist you with individual issues, it is requested that you bring along your tablet, laptop or phone. For a more structured lessons, it is advisable to contact the library and book in advance 01842 752048, or visiting the library in person.
