Join us at The Carnegie for  A Midsummer Nights Dream, one of Shakespeare’s most beloved and enduring comedies. Enter the enchanted realm of Thetford Forest ruled by the fairy King Oberon and Queen Titania and their mischievous fairies. Witness the moonlight chaos, the twisted romances of four young lovers and the escapades of a merry band of actors. As love potions and fairy tricks go wrong, the characters become muddled in a maze of mistaken identities and magical transformations. ‘The course of true love never did run smooth…’ This performance has been created as part of the Midsummer Theatre Takeover over the course of 5 days with local young people. The Midsummer Theatre Takeover is in partnership with Thetford Town Council and Breckland District Council.  Tickets cost £2.
